TBG developed the Mitigation Banking documents, which are currently under agency review for the finalization of an approved mitigation bank. The current design includes restoring and enhancing approximately 42,322 linear feet of stream resources impacted by agriculture within the 413-acre ranch property. TBG has been consulting with the IRT (USACE, USEPA, USFWS and Georgia Department of Environmental Quality) during the life of the project.
