TBG developed the Mitigation Banking documents, which are currently under agency review for the finalization of an approved mitigation bank. The current design includes restoring and enhancing approximately 48,121 linear feet of mining and silviculture-impacted stream resources within the forested 876-acre property. TBG has been consulting with the IRT (USACE, USEPA, USFWS and Tennessee Department of Environmental Quality) during the life of the project.
