GIS Technician

Mr. Holmes obtained his Bachelor’s of Science Degree in Geography with an emphasis in GIS from Brigham Young University (BYU). While attending BYU, he had the privilege of interning for Spanish Fork City located in Utah, as well as the National Security Agency (NSA). After graduating from BYU, he has had the opportunity to work for many different companies, such as: Maxar Technologies, ESRI, Washington County School District, and CARTO. He has spent his time consulting government agencies like the National Geospatial Intelligence Agency (NGA), Department of Energy (DOE), and other government agencies within the Intelligence Community (IC). His professional experience includes spatial analytics using ESRI suite of software to geospatial analytics using SQL, Python, and cloud based data warehouses.
