Mr. Conner Almond has a Bachelor of Science and Master of Science in Wildlife, Fisheries, and Aquaculture from Mississippi State University. His graduate research aimed to identify spatiotemporal patterns and habitat selection of wild turkey movement. His experience includes spatial analysis, vegetation sampling, telemetry work, movement ecology, animal husbandry, and other data analysis skills. His experience with GIS includes analysis of both wildlife and environmental management. As a GIS analyst, he provided technical services using geospatial data to map groundwater contaminant distribution to analyze secondary effects and potential mitigation strategies. He has conducted field investigations of predation and White-Tailed Deer habitat. Mr. Almond is proficient at ArcGIS, R statistical software, and VHR wildlife tracking methods.
