Mr. Josué González is an Associate Wildlife Biologist®, Certified Associate Ecologist, Wetland Professional in Training, and Certified Arborist. He has a wide range of experience in ecological field work, including wildlife and plant identification, tree and vegetation community surveys, threatened and endangered species surveys, dendrology, stream and wetland delineation and assessments (Atlantic and Gulf Coastal Plain and Eastern Mountains and Piedmont), field ecology surveys, jurisdictional waters investigations, preliminary jurisdictional assessments, data collection, permitting and reporting. After serving in the United States Navy as a Fleet Marine Force Corpsman, Josué graduated with a bachelor’s degree in forestry – wildlife management with a biology minor and a master’s degree in forestry from Stephen F. Austin State University in Texas. His professional background also includes auditing vegetation removal work, auditing tree crew safety practices, facilitating working relationships between landowners, clients, and contractors, and in training new crew members.
