Mr. Evan Schulz holds a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from the University of California, Los Angeles (UCLA) and a Master of Science in Civil Engineering from Colorado State University (CSU). His master’s research at CSU focused on simulating and analyzing interactions between surface water and groundwater in floodplains using the Soil and Water Assessment Tool (SWAT+). Mr. Schulz began his professional career in civil engineering land development, where he produced construction plan sets and designed utility, grading, and stormwater infrastructure. He has technical experience with AutoCAD Civil 3D, ArcGIS Pro, computer programming languages (Matlab, Python), and is a licensed Professional Engineer (PE) in California.
